Sometimes, we simply can’t resist the urge to have a soft and sexy photoshoot just for the pure joy of it. During our vacation in Florida, we decided to indulge in a lightly sexy shoot with Lynn’s new Knit bikini bottoms. Since we had other friends staying with us at the rented house, we kept the atmosphere light and playful. As a photographer, I’m constantly honing my skills, and our friends are well aware of the type of photography I specialize in. They are not only our closest friends but also our most supportive allies in our journey of self-discovery, as we have embraced our sexuality while distancing ourselves from our Christian upbringing.
Practice Makes Perfect
Now, let’s dive into today’s blog post. I’m excited to share a practice session I had with Lynn. It’s not just about mastering lighting or getting the perfect angles and poses; it’s also about what happens after the photos are taken. I used to get caught up in endless editing, spending way too much time tweaking and adjusting. It got frustrating, and honestly, it sometimes made me lose the motivation to share my work or complete the necessary touch-ups.
But today, I’m doing things differently. I want to practice sharing photos straight out of the camera, with minimal edits. It’s a way for me to challenge myself and embrace the authenticity of the moment. And I have to give a big shout-out to Lynn for always being my rock and supporting my creative career. She’s not only my muse but also one of my biggest fans.
Getting better, getting faster.
