Stress relief through movement.
I (Lynn) started doing yoga a few years back, mainly for stress relief. I had a mental health coach keep toting its value for helping to bring some work-life balance back into my life, and even though I had done a few yoga sessions off and on for years prior, it was not apart of my regular workout routine.
With just continued stress in my life, I knew that I needed to incorporate something else into my workouts that was going to help my body and mind. So enter yoga. On a regular basis. Sometimes I do flows that are just for stretching and relaxing. Sometimes I do flows that are really a challenge and make me sweat and sometimes I do flows when I am incredibly stressed and need those moments to focus my brain on something beyond the stress.
Of course being a naturist, I love doing yoga naked.
Obviously this is best done at home or at a nudist resort. Naked yoga for me brings even more of the connection with my truest self. Some of my most beautiful experiences have been doing naked yoga outside in a safe space. I highly recommend the concept of stripping down, both physically and mentally and letting the yoga flow bring breath and life and beauty in a tangible way to the moment.
